Should have the ability to research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the director.
Should have a good ability to prepare and format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports, financial statements, letters, and other documents.
Organize and maintain the filing systems and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Managing Director calendars and setting up meetings.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
