- Experience in development and implementation of distributed web-based applications.
- Knowledge of web markup languages and frameworks like HTML5, CSS, XML, Java Script, jQuery, etc.
- Hands–on experience in Spring Core, Spring MVC/Struts and Hibernate.
- Experience of working in ETL frameworks like Pentaho or Clover (a big plus).
- Knowledge of SOA and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Hands–on experience with Eclipse, SVN/CVS and Ant/Maven.
- Multi–platform expertise with J2EE compliant containers (Tomcat, JBoss) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of the iterative and Agile methodology based project life cycle.
- Knowledge of the healthcare domain and HL7 standards (a big plus).
- Excellent communication, OOAD and problem-solving skills.
