Requirements:
  1. Should have client-facing experience and have worked in highly matrix organization
  2. Should have proficiency in technical skills Java, J2EE, JS, and RDBMS and can mentor the team technically
  3. Should have good technical knowledge and working experience in application development in web technologies
  4. Should be able to lead requirement and scope discussions with the customer
  5. Work closely with the offshore development team, Senior Management, multiple onsite teams, and stakeholders
  6. Should have exp in Banking (Preferred Payments)
  7. Should have experience in the Creation and review of Business proposals.
  8. Should have experience leading a 40-50 Members team, or 2-3 sub-teams of 15-20 members
  9. Should have strong project management experience for either waterfall or agile projects
  10. Should have good problem-solving and people management skills
