Roles and Responsibilities:-
- 1-4 Years of work experience in Company Law, Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Preparing Minutes of Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc.
- Drafting of notices, agendas, and Notes on Agenda for Board Meetings as per applicable Secretarial Standards.
- Compliances of Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.
- Compliance for an increase of authorized share capital and Paid-up share Capital, right shares, and Bonus shares.
- Incorporation of Companies.
- Preparation of Directors Report, Annual Report, and E-Filing of various forms under MCA21.
- Maintaining and updating Statutory Registers/ Records as per
- Drafting and review of legal documents, Commercial agreements.
- Working knowledge in Finance and accounting.
- Ready monthly MIS and other several reports as required by the management.
