Roles and Responsibilities
- To achieve/exceed the agreed sales targets for the team area by selling a proper product mix to ensure each SE in the team achieves his sales objective
- To ensure the implementation of sales and marketing strategies in each SE area
- Ensure receivables are within norms
- Ensuring product penetration.
- Guide SE in handling customer complaints
- Provide functional training to develop field force.
- Attract, develop & retain people.
Main Accountabilities- Business potential analysis & KOL management.
- Tracking top hospitals business, market sale, and market capture.
- Assign the deserving employees additional & challenging tasks.
- Prepare month wise, territory wise plan for all products
- Scrutinize and approve SE tour plans and expenses
- Help SE in organizing CMEs and give feedback after joint fieldwork
- Get SE to implement marketing strategies and monitor the same
- Monitor sales orders and receivables of each SE territory in line with budgets
- Monitor receivables for each of the customer in each SE territory
- Guide SE in handling customer complaints
- Ensure unbiased performance assessment of the team members & coach and counsel for better performance future career growth.
- Retain team members.
- Recommend & Recognize and reward the performance, provide a culture that nurtures & helps talented employees to grow with the organization, Ensure execution of HR policies.
