Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Keep updated with industry trends and job market demands.
  2. Conduct career assessments and interpret results for students and professionals.
  3. Organize and conduct career workshops and webinars.
  4. Give one-on-one career counseling sessions.
  5. Participate with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
  6. Evolve personalized career plans and guide clients in setting career goals.
Requirements:
  1. Should be excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal.
  2. Should have Bachelors or Master degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
  3. Should have good knowledge in career counseling or related fields.
  4. Certified Career Counsellor preferred.
  5. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Should have a good ability to work independently and remotely.
  8. Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
