Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Should have the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  2. Participate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  5. Solve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  6. Recognize and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  7. Help customers with product questions, concerns, and technical issues
Requirements:
  1. Should have a good ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  2. Should have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  3. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  4. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  5. Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  7. Should have 0-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
