- Should have good knowledge of team management
- Should have good experience in Research and advisory domain
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have a solid attitude and team player
- Should have strong presentation skills
- Should have good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
- Attached with prospective clients to understand and scope research needs and propose the most suitable solution and methodology benchmarking, industry and sector analysis, vendor and JV partner identification and business plans, etc
- Training and mentoring new joiners on research methodology and multiple databases and their application in the research work
- Ability to scope, structure, and deliver work with clear visibility of timelines
- Understanding of IT domain would be preferred
- Drive and manage multiple key initiatives aimed at enlarging the operational effectiveness of the team and making its visibility
- Led a team of researchers and analysts for project delivery
- Regular client interaction and client management
