Roles and Responsibilities:
- Certain maximum displays at dealer showrooms
- Ensure suitable branding and Brand Hygiene are maintained at all times
- Organize plumbers meets/training through customer care on product installation
- Educate dealers/projects/specifiers on the benefits of issuing warranty certificates for all customers
- To carry out sales promotional activities as proposed and decided
- Evolve effective working relationships with dealers/projects/specifiers through incessant meetings and recognize and achieve further sales and business development opportunities by generating customer leads
- To Map competitor activity in the local area through scouting and developing a competitor database
- support dealers/projects/specifiers / resolve their issues related to supplies, sales, policies, Customer Care / other issues
- To do at least 175+ productive meetings per month with external customers based on the market coverage, including 10 days tour, stationed in the focus towns for a product plan
- Fill report daily for every meeting done and its outcome
- Maintain data in company-given software of each customer handled by you at the dealer counter and follow up till maturity/conversion to sales
- Give incessant feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Evolve business in project segment by developing project clientele through establishing products
- Convert living dealers in the market to exclusive company dealers
